Biography: 

The English poet Rupert Brooke (1887-1915) is remembered for the patriotic poems he wrote during the First World War as well as for his good looks and charisma. He died at the age of 27 on a French hospital ship and, though buried in Greece, is commemorated as a war poet on a monument in Westminster Abbey.
