Biography

Born in Vermont, USA, Norman Dubie is a practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism whose work has been translated into thirty languages. Dubie has been the poetry editor for The Iowa Review and the director of the graduate poetry workshop at the University of Iowa. His book The Quotations of the Bone won the Griffin Poetry Prize. He lives in Tempe, Arizona, and is a Regents professor at Arizona State
